Problen to submit the xml file in google

    Hi how are you, i'm jus trying to find why when i submite the sitemap of my website google says a mesage error that the can't find the site map.

    My website is designing in joomla 1.5, so i write the url
    http://www.mysite/sitemap.xml and the page show everything ok, so when i go to the tools of site map in google i submit the file sitemap.xml and then i recivied the error message that i mention before.

    What can i do to resolve this problem.

    may be your sitemap URL ......is not fouond on server......just try to put another file named sitmap1.xml on your and then submit.....then see what happen...

    Register your site in Google Webmaster Tools. There you may see more detailed problem.
    Also check your robots.txt and check your sitemap.xml using online xml sitemap validators.

    Make sure that you put the sitemap at the root directory of your site and try to find it from there. Make sure that the path you are contains the sitemap before you submit it.

    Yeah! Create a google webmaster account where you can find the more details regarding the problem.

    What I guess you are submitting the wrong url to google. Check out your sitemap url.
