problems with validation

i have allready included successfully the links in another osCommerce page.

now i have problems with the validation. the page is
http://www.world-of-sport.de/catalog/
the links are allready there in the footer, but i still receive

Ads not found on http://www.world-of-sport.de/catalog/

what ist the problem?

This perhaps:

 

When I go to that path I just get what I think is a custom page not found (Its not in English)

Should that folder path not direct to a page within it..like a sitemap.

I am not totally sure as I always have my forum/ go to forum/index.php

It may be seeing that as a page not a folder.

Just my guess

but then i was not sure if its not working because of the 'default.php'.

so i understand that the 403 page can not be validated, but the default.php ... ?

 

But why have it be a 403? Wouldn't it be easier to have it be a valid page?

 

As explained in my unoffical FAQ the base URL will have to be a domain (or subdomain/subfolder), not a file.

http://www.world-of-sport.de/catalog/ should be your base URL but it has to resolve to a page with ads, not a 404/403 etc..
