problems with shopping cart and check out process

    my webstore: ifuncity.com is built in asp.net.
    everytime someone try to check out, the first attempt always clear my customer cart.
    the second or third time the transaction goes well and there is no problem at check out.

    does anyone has any ideas about what is happening to my store?

    Would need to know how the site functions, where are you storing cart details? how are you identifying visitors etc etc etc
