I hope to get some insight on how many people are waiting to be paid by Selmedica. I have written many emails and numerous phone calls to Selmedica with no response. Then I get a mass email from them telling me that they had accounting problems and will decrease their affiliate commission to help catch up with late affiliate payouts. That was over two months ago, and I have still not received a penny. Should I take legal action to get over 2k worth of affiliate earnings? What have you done to get late payments from Selmedica or other late paying affiliates? Thanks in advanced for any and all feedback.
I've been having similar problems with them. Things don't look good - two years ago they were super efficient, delivering payments and responses on the button, but now... I'm not a big player with them, but I just checked my account ant noticed that I've $500 worth of commissions unpaid over the course of this year. I suspect both you and I are going to have to kiss our money goodbye Grrrhhh! I'm taking my links down - I don't see why they should get sales off my back...
I have the similar situation. The owe me about 600$. I sent them 3 letters about my payment during the month but still havent received an answer.
Same problem here guys .I have been trying for close to a year to get the $2000 they owe me. Never a call or email back.. nothing.. But today i was looking at my stats again, and those earnings are listed under the "paid commissions"..So Maybe that is good news, meaning that there is a check in the mail? I will let you know, but I am not hopeful.
I am also having the same issue with Selmedica. Up until July 2007, I was receiving payments twice per month and almost always on time. Since then I have not received a penny and am owed approximately $20000. Not really sure if there is much I can do except wait and hope for the best. I have removed my sponsored advertisements but am still recording sales with my free listings. My account remains active and sales are being recorded. I sent them about 1 email per week asking for updates. I get a response usually about 25% of the time to my emails. They assure me that the payments will be sent but I am getting impatient. The bills are starting to add up and a payment would be very helpful. Anyways, good luck to everybody. I will post updates to this forum with any progress.
Similar situation.... Unpaid commissions for months - with a similar email to mescalito's. They appear to be a horrible, nasty, little chuff of a company that appear be cheating customers and affiliates alike. Hopefully someone from SA will read this thread and reply - but I doubt very much. God forbid anyone from their organization should develop a symptom of which their products presents a cure. Auditing problem my @rse....I'd like to see the lot of 'em locked in cell with "T" Bag from Prison Break.
Same problem, no payments in 6 months. I no longer promote them but have switched to MedcoSouth 5 months ago and have been very pleased with them. They don't have as many products but the ones they have convert very well and best of all they pay as promised! You can do a Google search for Medcosouth Affiliates to find their affiliate page.
If you are owed money from the affiliate programs of either Selmedica healthcare or HealthyRight Now, please contact me. I have been speaking with the FBI about the situation (they are not paying their affiiliates). The FBI has asked me to help compile a list of other affiliates that have also not been paid. They will hopefully get us the money we are owed, and are looking into building a criminal case as well. Even if you are just owed a few dollars, it would be beneficial to the case. If you would like the FBI to help you get the money you are owed, please PM or email me. I need to know your name, email, amount owed, and phone number.
