Problems With Relevant ads

    For me all my advertisements say stuff about gastric bypasses, I have asked some other people and they see the same ads, can anyone give me any suggestions.

    hehe.. that's kinda funny..
    There are a couple of things you can try:
    1) add the URLs for ads you don't want to see into your competitive filter
    2) try section targeting

    use some section targeting....I would say use the word proxy some more on the site...use it in an h1 heading and use css to style it to fit your site
