Hi to all, I have some problems with premium membership. I ordered couple minutes ago premium membership here and wanted to have my sale thread to be highlighted with a unique color. However, it still does't have that a unique color. Why is that? Any comments on that? And actually I am puzzled here - how to contact support at this forum? regards Maksym

No, duplicate threads are not allowed. But you can bump/relist your existing one (and assuming it's a WTS, it will reset it's premium flag to your current status).
Thanks for reply. My thread was removed... and I didn't get information why exactly it was removed. Do you have support ticket system here??? Otherwise, I don't see a sense in premium membership at all

Thanks again, Shawn. I really respect this place, and each forum has its own rules. However, I am not a new here and at other place. For that reason, I used common sense of creating my thread today. And that's why I bought premium membership. But... how can I get benefits of my premium membership if I don't know where can I get support? Who will explain me why my post was removed and for what reasons? Otherwise, I don't have another choice as to cancel my membership. regards Maksym
Routine support is handled using bad post report system, or by contacting a moderator who happens to be online. For special issues use the contact us @ twitter link found at the bottom of each page.
