Hi Guys, I hope someone can give me a hand here. I have recently been redesigning and turning around my website which is almost ready for advertisement once again. The problem I am having at the moment is in regards to the posts. They show up on the main page as they should do but seem to lack a page of their own. When writing the posts I have the permalink as %page% which works well for all the standard pages but doesnt seem to do anything for the posts. It wont allow me to click on "view post" at the admin section and when I have my recent posts widget on the main page the links dont go anywhere. Is this a common problem? What could fix the problem? I have also noticed that when I click on the "comments" bit under the post, the link doesnt go anywhere either. Comments work for standard pages but I have turned them off as I dont want to use them there. My website is www.Antony-Hayes.com All advice and assistance appreciated. Regards, A. Hayes.
Well it seems I have done the obvious and resorted to using one of the default permalink structures instead of %page% and this has fixed the problem. I was reluctant to do this as I wanted my inner links to remain the same but they have done so regardless of the permalink change which is odd. Anyway, seems that its fixed now. Admin can close this thread.
