Problems with PageRank on FireFox

I installed an addon on my FireFox to check the pageranks for websites. But after installing and uninstalling a few programs, the addon doesn't seem to show the pagerank anymore. The addon name is Swootsy SEO Tools. Anybody having the same problems?

Why don't you download and install the original Google Toolbar to check PR? Never heard of this Swootsy plugin though...
Try removing and re-installing the plugin, this might help.

There are many other seo toolbars to use instead. Give SEOBook or SEOmoz's a shot.

If one of the addons you use make a lot of pagerank queries in a short amount of time you can get automatically blocked for 30 mins to an hour. If you continue trying you could be blocked that much longer. Disable the plugin/addon and don't make or use any addon that will make pr queries for at least 30 mins to 1 hour. After that time you should be able to again. In the future turn the plugin/addon off when not using it, and don't do a whole bunch in a short amount of time. Space out your queries or testing.

Try SEO Quake tool bar. It gives a lot of good information including PR for SE optimization.

you can have the same problem with google toolbar if you are using addons for FF that check PR. this is because google doesn't allow any third party software to get PR information automatically and this could block your IP for PR info for some time.
