Problems with my set-up

    I haven't messed with this for a while due to lack of time, but now I would like to give it another shot if possible. We had this set up on my site in late December but had problems with the same ad showing up 5 times. My host is using PHP 4.3.6 and something seems to be conflicting with my set up and I'm not sure what it is. Any and all help is greatly appreciated... ;)
