problems with joomla

    hello guys
    i am new to the forum and i have an important question
    recently i downloaded joomla and installed everything required to run this program in my own computer following the steps in this page:
    http://docs.joomla.org/Setting_up_Apache,_PHP_and_MySQL_manually
    i did everything except the last step which is installing xdebug
    after that i have loaded the installation page for joomla everything is ok but after choosing the language in the installation wizard the wizard was stock in this window and never moved forward
    and now i am wondering what was the problem? if anyone can help please do so

    Just uninstall and reinstall the package takes 10 minuted easier than hunting around for a solution
