Problems with "I Need Hits.com"

    Back in April I purchased a package deal called "SEO OPTIMIZATION".
    The compayn involed calls themselves "I need Hits.com". I ordered this deal for $ 39,95 and after payment received a sales confirmation from them for $ 39,95.

    The company proceeded to deduct this sum monthly for another 3 months before I was aware of what was happening. After lots of e mailing around they insisted I shuold have unchecked the "RENEW MONTHLY?" box. I obviously didnt and that was justice enought o deduct $ 39,95 on a monthly basis.

    I dont remember seeing this box anywhere in my order. Nontheless, I claimed the money back from ym credit card company and was re-imbursed with my fees.

    I just received my credit card account information and see to my disgust and dismay that they have contested my re-imbursement and claimed the fees back once more.

    According to international law each and every sales transaction as based on the sales confirmation provided by the seller. Both the buyer and the seller are bound to the sales confirmation. However there is no mention of a "monthly renewall" on either my order or the sales confirmation.

    The company is playing stubborn and wont issure me my fees back and all I can do is fight them at a court of law.

    If any one has a better idea of the best way to solve this problem I would be glad to hear your feedback.

    Do livechat with them and fake like your an interested user. than have them give you a call and raise hell!

    thnx X...oh they dont ringing me back anyway. And I alreday raised hell. They dont respond however to questions regarding this matter, All they say is "you should have unchecked the RENEW EACH MONTH BOX when ordering"

    They still cant explain why there is no mention of a "auto renew" in theeir sales confirmation.

    If they're in Australia, you can complain to the Office of Fair Trading.
