Problems with hotmail spam filter

    Hello,

    I run a number of social website in Saudi Arabia. 80% of the website members use hotmail as the main and only email provider. I am losing a lot of members because registration and newsletter emails are not reaching their inbox.

    I have tried almost everything: different servers, IPs, RDNS, setting up PTR records, contacting hotmail, playing around with hundreds of different combination of email header/subject/body. My IP is not blacklisted.
    Now are I am looking for professional help, or others that have found some kind of working solution.

    Did you see any error in SMTP logs or are you receiving any bounce emails?

    I was not very clear; the emails are arriving in the spam/junk folder. I have no problems with bounced emails.

    Go to http://postmaster.live.com, there is a venue for you to seek help. You may need to show that you can telnet to hotmail, send some of your logs etc and they can troubleshoot for you. Take some patience, but Hotmail does do their job.

    Do your e-mails arrive at hotmail/live accounts at all? Or do they land in spam?
