Problems with Hotmail and AOL.

I'm sending some emails out to clients and potential clients. They sail right into all my test accounts (gmail, yahoo mail, and various web hosters I'm with).

But with hotmail always to junk.

How do I get the "trusted sender icon" or whatever it takes to get into the hotmail inbox?
    Same question for AOL.

    more info:
I'm sending through my isp, which is definitely a whitelisted isp.

And I have eight test accounts. Four test accounts are with different web hosters/isp I am with.
Four test accounts are with major web based emails: yahoo, gmail, hotmail, and aol mail.

My blast go into the inbox with everyone perfectly except hotmail and aol.
With those two they go to junk folder.

I have read that hotmail instituted some spam filtration in which you almost have to be an immediate family member now to go to the inbox and not the junk folder.

I've read something about getting your email address with them whitelisted or certified. I'm groping for a solution.
AOL, has probably the same overreaching filter.

20 to 25% of prospective clients I meet are with hotmail or aol. My email will go to their junk folders if I cannot find a way to beat this.

And no, I cannot call all them all and ask to be whitelisted in advance. I don't have that time and luxury. I need to get some blanket whitelist for my emails with aol and hotmail somehow.

Hotmail and Yahoo are the hardest to get around.
I agree with a paid email service like mail chimp or something like that.

They work very hard to make sure their email servers are white listed across the board.
I had the same problem when I was running an online magazine, and used mail chimp to fix it.

This is a real headache issue. The solution for you is use some trusted email delivery service like aweber to help you out. Otherwise you may have to find a server which is not blacklisted by ISP before sending them again.

    Thanks guys.
I think you are missing one point.
My server is white-listed. It's fine.
And my emails sail into gmail, Yahoo, and 4-5 of my test web mails accounts.

But hotmail, and aol to a lesser extent have issues beyond the white-listed server I'm sending out with. It's almost like you need to be immediate family.

I "heard" there may be a way to get your email address white-listed with hotmail or something about a certificate of trust. I'm hoping someone can help.
