problems with godaddy account retrieved from Registerfly

    I thought if my account would be retrieved by Godaddy my problems will stop. I had many domains in the RegisterFly account, and now some are expired or have a grace period. I don't want to renew all of them.

    The problem is I have renewed two domains and they are still locked or have invalid whois. I've contacted the support and they told me to contact other whois support. I have received the mail from whois support:

    Hello,

    This department is for reporting invalid information on domain WhoIs records.

    For account management issues please contact Customer Support at 480-505-8877 or email them at .

    It seems they passes the problem from one to another. And my patience will run off.

    Other problem is with another domain that was valid (I renewed it when Registerfly worked - January perhaps), but they announced me it will expire, and since then it disappeared from my administration area. I can't renew it now and Godaddy doesn't help me at all. I receive only general responses like I am stupid.

    Send emails to them and include your 'pin' number. i found that if I dont' include it they don't tell me I need it but they don't help. Otherwise phone.

    I have had 2 major problems when they couldn't help via email, it was sorted in 5 minutes on the phone.
