Is anyone else having major problems uploading to Filesonic using FTP? Maybe I just have my settings wrong, or maybe it's something else, but it seems like anytime I try to upload a batch of files to Filesonic using FTP, multiple files will keep getting uploaded over and over and over again. For example, I am uploading the following files to Filesonic using FTP: File name: 001 File name: 002 File name: 003 File name: 004 File name: 005 File name: 006 Files 001, 002 and 006 will upload just fine, but files 003, 004, and 005 are uploaded again and again, over and over! So my end result looks something like this: File name: 001 has been uploaded once File name: 002 has been uploaded once File name: 003 has been uploaded 6 times File name: 004 has been uploaded 3 times File name: 005 has been uploaded 9 times File name: 006 has been uploaded once What the fuck is going on here! Why do some files keep uploading themselves over and over again, while other only get uploaded once <--(the way it should be!) I have tried contacting Filesonic about this and some other problems/questions, and while I love Filesonic and feel they are great to work with (always paid on time and everything) there support (if any at all) has been extremely poor!! I never get any answers to any questions and I am starting to wonder if Filesonic even has a support team in place, or if maybe it is just a one man army working behind the scenes. So I'm turning to other Filesonic affiliates for support! If you have been having this problem, or know how to fix it (could just be a simple setting problem with my FTP) please write your comments and support below so any other Filesonic users who may have this problem can learn how to fix it. I am using FileZilla V2.2 and I am uploading to: ftp.us.filesonic.com .
It usually occurs when the upload is interrupted by internet connection problem either on your end or on filesonic network. I suggest you to use Turbo FTP, which works very well with Filesonic. Regards
Thank you for this. I am open to try anything at this point. This problem has been causing such a headache and has been putting a huge strain on completing my sites. I will try Turbo FTP like you suggested. .
