Seems a lot of people know how to work the ebay and paypal system. I just received a non paying strike against me. This is after I did pay with paypal, have the paypal transaction id. The guy never gives me the domain information after 2 months. He then refunds my money, and files a complaint against me, and within 10 minutes, EBAY has a strike against me. How do you fight this?
