Problems with buyer

    A few minutes ago i sell a one people from dp a database with dictionary .... he send payment , get link downlaod db and wafter download he wants to receive refund .. i think that i don't need to give him refund because i don;t know that he delete db .... he menace that he gives me a red itrader .. what should i do ? should i tell a moderator about that before he do it ?? what should i do . .it is the first problem with buyer on this forums ...

    I could give hiom refund but when he download database it is not possible .. .so what to do ?? Thanks for replies

    Yes...if you wish you can put forward this issue to mod, but that is not gonna help you with the refund issue.

    BTW why he needs refund.Is there any problem with download link or so.U just check urself if the downloading is working properly or not.If its ok then u dont need to give him any refund.

    No , he want becausehe thought that a 180 000 words in the dictionary db are all english words around the world ... :D, i would give him refund but he download database .. i cannot get proof that he won't use it after refund...

    Unfortunately there are people like that everywhere, even at DP. I would try to contact a mod or report a bad itrader rating after it is received. I would definitely post a bad buyer though so anyone else that is possibly going to sell to him will know. Good luck.
