It looks like you might have a driver problem. Also, it appears that you are using XP from those errors. If your computer will successfully boot, try the following:

Go to your control panel (Start > Control panel), click Performance and Maintenance, and then click System. Select the Hardware tab and then click Device Manager.

Next, look for driver problems. To do this, look for a yellow "!" icon next to a device. You may need to open up each section by clicking the "+" to the left to find any errors. Here is an example of what you might see.

If you find an error, right click on the item and click properties. Click the drivers tab. There you should see an "Update Drivers" button. Try that, and hopefully that may solve your problem.

If your problem isn't drivers, you will probably need more help. You can reach me for more help at my forum.

    I hope this helps. :)

The Driver_IRQL_Not_Less_or_Equal issues commonly cause BSOD (Blue Screen of Death). Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot the problem:
    1. Analyze the Dump Files: The dump files you mentioned (Mini022711-01.dmp, Mini022711-02.dmp, Mini022711-03.dmp) contain valuable information about the BSOD crashes. You can use some tools upload these dump files and get a detailed analysis of the cause of the crashes.
    2. Update Drivers: You can also update the outdated or faulty drivers. Based on the error message, there's a chance the USB driver (USBPORT.SYS) might be causing the problem.
    3. Check for Windows Updates: Make sure you have all the latest Windows updates installed. There might be any bugs that need to be fixed.
    4. Run a System File Checker Scan: You can also run the System File Checker (SFC) scan to check for and repair any corrupted system files. To do this, open Command Prompt as administrator and type sfc /scannow followed by Enter.
    5. Consider Reinstalling Windows: If none of the above steps work, you may need to consider reinstalling Windows as a last resort. This will erase all your data and settings, so make sure you have a backup before proceeding. If you have lost data in the process then you can also refer to any data recovery software for the same. Some good brands that you can consider is Stellar, Easeus, Recuva, Diskdrill and so on.

Yes, that happened to me. It was the hard drive bad sectors and just worn out. Replaced the HD and all is good. You can check out the HD with an app such as CrystalDiskInfo or similar.
