Problems With Amasuite Software - Not Pulling All The Data - Please help!

    Hey guys,

    I recently purchased Amasuite for the AzonTop100 Analyzer and after a short period it is only pulling 50% of the data and the remaining info in the column says Not Given.

    I have cleared my cache, rebooted and reinstalled the software. I have sent three mails to support but heard nothing back as of yet.

    Any one having this problem? Would a proxy make a difference? If so what would do you use?
