Hi, Am having problems with sitemap, i been using premod for 8 month and only have 400 index page. Last month i change to phpbb and then i started getting index around 800, i install gym sitemap and i finally notice whats was causing the problem. My domain is build like site.com not www.site.com and in my hosting cpanel is site.com In google phpb my site ins submited as site.com so when google try to see my sitemap it get redirected to site.com/sitemap.php so i don't show the content, but when you put www.site.com/sitemap.php is does like the way gym sitemap was build you need to submit your site to google as www. i didn't now am paying the price. I did a redirect of .site/sitemap.php to www.site.com/sitemap.php today i can't tell the diffrent since it was just 4 minutes ago that i did the redirect. Last nigh before after i submited my sitemap.php to google my index page decrease by 50%. that how i found out i had that problem. How can i fix this.
Actually, the domain name with www. site. com or just site.com is doesn't matter. Why not you try indexed again with www. site. com and then replace yourdomain.com at google webmaster tool with www. yourdomain. com, just look at there- yes it have these function.
