Problems when accessing cpanel

I recently installed RVskin on one of my servers, I didn't like it so I uninstalled it but now some members are having trouble accessing cpanel they get this 404 Not Found Error:

Can somebody tell me what I'm missing? What I can possibly do so that they can access their cpanel again?

    Thanks in advance.

Does the directory /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/x3 exist on your server?

I'm not sure why RVskins would delete it.

You might try updating cPanel, which should recreate the /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/x3 directory.

I upgraded cpanel already, that didn't help. I don't know what's going on...

This issue has been fixed, I realized that I had to change the users hosting from x2 to x3.
