    Hi All,

First of all. love Optigold. Great package. Quite flexable from I have seen so far.

I've got most functions running and found/worked out various problems I have come up with. (Mainly my own making :)

But having problems getting some of "automated task 1" options running.

Have setup an employee called "automated", which has automated mode set to "automated tasks 1". I login as "automated" on the workstation and this brings up the Automated Tasks 1 menu. Have various options activated.
Problem is, only Rebuild, Bill Credit Card & Send Past due want to run. All the other "Last Completed" dates do not change. (See attached)
Espically "Place Customers on hold", "Cancel customers" etc.

Can see message saying "Tasks are running". But when I click on either "Start Tasks" or "Loop Now" nothing seems to happen. (From what I can see anyway) But, the other 3 tasks seem to run no probs.

Has me scratching my head. Have I missed something somewhere, privledges maybe? Tried adding the group administrator to "automated". No difference.

Any help or pointers as to what I could/should/shouldn't be doing would be great.

    Thanks.
    Steve.

Just to add. I checked the debug log and can see entries showing the Loop starting every 5 minutes and completing in the same second.

Try setting the last run time to something other than exactly midnight.
