problems submitting to Microsoft Small Business Directory

I've been having problems for months trying to submit to microsoft's small business directory. In firefox, when I fill out my info, the Next button is disabled so I can't go anywhere. Also, in firefox, it doesn't display very good. In IE, I keep getting server errors:

Seems very strange that they could have a bug for this long.
Anyone else been having technical issues trying to submit to the small business directory?

that's really weird. if that was the problem then they should indicate that it's not for certain countries to avoid all the hassle. if you do a search for uk or canada in the directory, you will see many results. maybe we should submit through a proxy or something  .

Yes, it's usually mentioned as one of the authority directories after dmoz and yahoo.
