Problems Registering for YPN...

    I've been trying to sign up for the Yahoo Publishers Network for about a week now.

    I understand that once you submit an application for YPN it may take a couple weeks to get accepted.

    But I can't even get to the form to apply... Is anyone else having this problem?

    I am going to say, any publishing network will take sometimes before they can process your application :-D

    I get the exact same thing... Whats going on here?

    This is what I get for 5 minutes and even longer if I let it keep going:

    "Loading,
    one moment please..."
