for the last few weeks whenever i try to log in to commission junction at https://members.cj.com the logion fails and justreturns me to the login screen ? anyone else having this problem?
I'm having problems. When I do manage to log in, I am asked to input username and password almost every time I try to get to another page. Also I want to edit my settings - to change my address - and it doesn't work. I'm finding the CJ site practically unusable.
So what could be causing this? When I did manage to log in just now, I got a welcoming message to say that my account has been deactivated for dormancy, but I was allowed to immediately re-activate, which i did. I was also told that I needed to reestablish relationship with the advertisers. What does that mean? When I go to advertisers "by relationship" they are all still there. Or at least I could the ones on the first page, as when I tried to go to the next page I was logged out, and could not log in again. What is CJ doing with its website - anybody has any idea?
I downloaded Opera and used that to login. Success! Everything is working fine now. So try with Opera. Somebody in another thread said it may be just my computer- I don't know. By the way Opera is pretty cool.
Using Opera, everything worked fine for a couple of days. Now i can't login in at all. It's really weird.
I use cj.com from the UK ! Just call support on 02087855870, they were available even in the evening ! They are very helpful.
Many issues are common to all users of same ISP. Perhaps complainants of nonaccess should mention their town, country and ISP. Airtel broadband users in Delhi and Chandigarh in India have been unable to access all cj domains since 24 July 2008.
Maybe the system is down, but they already repair it. You can try to login again. If you still cant login, check your browser.
