    I just asked about this in the suggestions forum. It is indeed a database issue and we basically just have to wait it out.

    No Database error. Some persons doing this after joing immediately without any posts. DP moderators are very active in this regard. They are banning such spammers.

    Yes, it is a database error. This has already been asked and answered dozens of times. It's common during heavy usage periods. Please search before posting, and you'll often find the answer. These kinds of threads also should be posted in the suggestions and feedback area rather than general chat in the future.
