I have tried to report this thread as a problematic and "wrong category thread" and have also requested a Mod to look into this but I just want to see what my options are.

This thread http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1253972 is ranking on top of google for my full name and it is a problematic thread and also misplaced. I have resolved every single issue with this guy and he even got his money back. He admits that I offered him the service and did not run away with his money yet he calls me a scammer. If he is not happy with my service, he can submit an itrader but I dont think threads like this are allowed on DP that are attacking members without any hard evidence (To settle transaction and business issues we have itrader) This thread is also posted in a completely unrelated category. I am applying for jobs and I have had a company deny me a job because when they search for my name on google and this thread shows up and even though the OP openly admits I never scammed him and he just didnt like my service, he goes on to call me a scammer and question my integrity. I have already lost a very good job offer because of this thread which I worked very hard for and I would really appreciate if this thread can be deleted because it does not adhere to DP rules and it is really affecting my personal life. Your help in this regard will be greatly appreciated, I would hate to loose another great opportunity in my life for a public thread that someone posted about me that does not even adhere to forums rules and regulations. Thanks

If the person agrees that you are not a scammer then all that has happened to you is definitely unfortunate and I hope the mods take notice of this situation. I consider that we all are friends here, maybe from different walks of life with different likes & dislikes, but we're a family here in the forum, we must not hurt anyone badly without a severe reason to do so.

It is quite unfortunate to hear that you lost an opportunity with a job offer because of that thread.

As for your problem, if what you say is true and all has been resolved with both parties. It would be best if you could present justifiable evidence to the mods (or better yet, directly to Shawn) that everything has been settled then they would certainly help you with your situation.

Have you tried contacting Shawn on his Twitter account?
