I am not sure about this but do they even allow this ?

PS : IF the funds have been deducted from your moneybooker account THEN try to contact them NOW !!

I think it should not take this long. I transferred funds to my ICICI account and I received the money in 2 days.

I think you should wait for 1-2 days more and contact MB and HDFC after that.....

You have to contact Moneybookers through their support system. They will definately give you proper reply for this as max. it will take 3-4 days for this process.

BTW Inderpal HDFC Bank not responsible for this so if you contact them they will not give you proper reply for this. Only MB can give you perfect answer for this IMO.

I think you are right. HDFC doesn't have anything to do with this. only contacting MB will help. Once I contacted MB through their messaging center. Here's the reply from them

On the 6th bank working day after the withdrawal request, please return to the messaging centre and re-enter your payment enquiry. Please note, that we are unable to investigate or put a trace on a payment before this time. Our partnering banks demand that we wait with traces until the recipient bank and any correspondent bank have had sufficient time to process the transfer or rectify their own mistakes.

It could take upto 7 business days after reaching the main branch of your bank. Are you sure you used your branch number along with your account number when entering account information? If not then this is the problem.

When did you withdraw money? If you used the SWIFT code of your branch then it should reach you within 2-3 days but if you added the SWIFT code of your Main Branch/HQ then it may take up to 7 days.

Give it a Week's time KID. I searched and seen this has happened to you before on Xoom as well. I thought you would have been used to there 1 week hold time. Well no worries get used to it now at least.

Again when you entered your account number, did you put branch number with it too or not? If you did , then waiting few days is fine but if you didn't main branch would be unable to recognize the exact branch that money belongs too.

Also you can send them an e-mail to update their database (if they don't find your branch on entering the branch SWIFT) with your branch's SWIFT code if it is recognized by swift.com.

moneybookers don't charge much but intermediate make charges a lot as they don't have direct transfer to India.
