Problem with youtube ripper site and copyright infringement

I have a youtube account with 296 of my home made videos on it. This past weekend I found a site that is streaming my youtube videos through it. The site is also full of adsense banners.

All of my videos I have a copyright notice and my website name.

In a lot of the video descriptions I have a copyright claim using my first name. For privacy reasons I do not want to put my full name on the videos.

The domain name has a privacy block in place so I can not find out the contact information of the real owner of the website.

Sunday evening I sent an email to the contact email listed at whois stating I am the owner of the videos and I want them removed from their site. I also started the person that owns the site is making money off my labor.

I took 4 screen shots of the video page, with the copyright claim visible and sent them in the email.

Here is a link to the video page. Notice how it looks like someone signed up with my website name - http://www.today.com/video/browse/user-survivalistboards/

Here is one of my videos that is being streamed through the site - http://www.today.com/video/view/wilderness_survivalis_this_water_safe_to_drink/play-ytlpUjG2jk42w/

    Notice the video description -
Its been almost 24 hours since I sent the email and I have not received a reply yet. What should the next step be? Maybe I should contact the hosting company?

I need a contact address to send the owner of the site a certified letter, but I can not find that information. Does anyone know how to find out who owns a domain name when whois guard is enabled?

Those videos are my original productions and my property. I feel the owner of today.com is profiting from my videos in an unfair manner.

From what I can tell the site is just embedding your youtube videos. Embedding youtube videos that were created by someone else is not copyright infringement because when you uploaded the video you agreed to allow it. If you want them to stop embedding your videos simply change your youtube settings so that your videos can't be embedded.

If the person is downloading your videos reuploading them on their account the best thing to do is contact youtube about it and ask them to be removed.

If you allow embedding of your videos, then theres nothing you can do. (except editing your videos and changing it so it cant be embeded)
