I'm using the Atomic Blogging 2.0 Theme for my blog. It works fine, except when showing a category - my sidebar appears at the bottom of the page, underneath the last post. (See it here) I'm using the same theme for one of my other blogs, and there the problem doesn't exist (check here). I've compared both CSS files, but couldn't find the cause of the problem. Is there someone who can help me out here?
This is actually very easy to fix It's very likely that your index, single and page templates are all using the same css classes to display your blog. Therefore the problem isn't in your css file (though it could be), The category pages are usually displayed by a file called category.php. If that isn't there it's archive.php. If neither exist then wordpress uses index.php (I think thats the right order). Most likely it's in a template called archive.php Here's what to do : Open on your archive.php template and your page.php template and compare both files. If you go through it you will see that the archive.php template probably has a missing < div > which is causing the main content area to place the sidebar below it. If you're having problems with it please let me know - shouldn't be too hard for me to resolve it Kevin
Thanks for the tips! I simply copied the archive.php file from the one (working) blog and pasted it over the other one - and it did the trick.
