Hi! I want to install Wordpress for blogging to my friend but when i Download it, the ZIP archive is damaged! I download it from Wordpress official site, adn when I go on Extract here or when I Open, it writes that is damaged and I can't Extract nothing. Then I download .tar.gz archive from the same site and it's damaged too, but at least i extract some files. I download from another site and it works, but is on Spanish! If somebody knows where I can download last version on English what working...

The damaged file has been cached somewhere between you and wordpress.org. Maybe by your ISP. Try WP2.6 Release Candidate 1. It's almost identical to the official release. Just a couple of days older.
Thank you! I try this link and again the same problem... Then, i thougt: maybe the proiblem is in browser ( i use Opera ) and the I try download it with Mozzila Firefox and there weren't problems yet... i extract it and now i need to install it. if i will have problems, i will ask... thanks to all who try to help me!
