    Hi i am using a theme named carbon at Bipasha Basu . I have installed the adsense adcode but the ad is not showing up. I am sure this is some problem with my theme. If i don't enclose rhe code between div tags the ad code is shown in green in firefox's view source.If i enclose the ad code in div tags the ad code is shown in the source but no ad appear... :(

    To Mods: (I hope this is the right section.If not please do move it)

    is the adsense code new? because you have to wait for 10 minutes for it to be visible if the code is new. If this is not the problem, you better contact google adsense :D

    the ad code is not new and i don't have any problem with my adsense account.Even when i use some activemeter script it shows error. I earlier had a static html site at bipasha.us I had the same content too.. and the ads showed without any problem..

    If it was some problem with adsense then why would the firefox page source show the ad code in green?? :( [just have a look at my page's source..]

    Remove the parts of the code which show:

    <!-- and -->

    These are html comments and effectively disable the code enclosed within them.

    Dont edit any of your adsense code, it shouldn't be green in the source code, most of it should be black.

    Try wrapping {literal}{/literal} tags around it.

    still not working.. i tried both <literal> and {literal} tags..

    i am sure that this is due to some problem with my template. When i change the template to the default kubrick the ads appear fine

    :(
