Hello, I installed WordPress yesterday. Its running fine, but I have a problem in uploading images. When I upload an image, it no doubts gets uploaded, but when I view it, its an empty image. When I visit the Media section, there is this note next to my image entry : "Missing Attachment". I re-installed WP 4-5 times. But each time, this problem will resurface. Could anyone please help me out!! I really want my blog up and running today... its been a long long wait... Please help me out...
try removing the 'Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders' checkbox in the Miscellaneous Settings..
Do you have any cache plug-ins? Can you view the media from your admin console, or are they showing up as broken images in there as well?
Cache-plugins...?? And the images have a "missing attachment" even when viewed from the admin console.
