Problem with wordpress 3 last post as index page

    I have updated my wordpress site to 3.0 version and found that the last post has become the index page of mywebsite whenever I open my website, I am redirected to the last page

    How do I overcome this problem please help, I tried updating the site again but it said update failure what should I do

    Do you have "Redirection" plugin at your wp ? If yes then disabled it.
