Problem with Visitors in Analytics: what's going on?

    Hi there,

I have my own personal blog over here:

    http:// pverogues.blogspot.com

It's been slowly growing and doing quite well over the last year and with the latest game patch released (pre-cata mechanics), it jumped from 1,000 visitors per day to over 4,000 visitors per day. Then on the second day half way through (around noonish) it seemed to suddenly stop tallying visitors. I continued to receive over 100 more poll votes and plenty of comments on my blog (more so than ever before even) but it only tallied an extra 10 or so visitors.

Then I checked the visitors for yesterday and it says i had a grand total of 18 visitors. That's it. I know for fact this isn't true as I had yet more poll votes nearing another 100, and plenty of more comments from various people. Why has it suddenly stopped recording visitors to my blog?

Is there anything more accurate I could use instead that wont do this?

    Have I done something wrong?

Thanks for your help in advance :)

where is your analytics code located? Google recomends to put it in the head tags, not in the body of the document as it may conflict with or wait for other javascript on the page to load

I can't find your Analytics code from viewing your HTML source. Nothing comes up when I search for "UA-". Can't find any tracking code from using Live HTTP Headers either.

Same here; checked source but showing no analytics coding. Did you remove it?
