Problem with V bulletin Database

    Hi,

    Whenever i want to make some changes in my admin panel, it gives me this error, kindly tell me its solution..

    -----------------------------

    Database error
    The ****** database has encountered a problem.
    Please try the following:

    * Load the page again by clicking the Refresh button in your web browser.
    * Open the ***** home page, then try to open another page.
    * Click the Back button to try another link.

    The **** forum technical staff have been notified of the error, though you may contact them if the problem persists.

    We apologise for any inconvenience.

    You may want to check it for crashed tables.... cpanel>phpmyadmin

    Check the page SOURCE code information for more details on what kind of error it is. It'll give you the actual ERROR message in there...

    Post that here, and someone could be able to help! If you don't know how to find the source, post what browser you are using and someone should explain it for ya ;)

    Either way, we need more information!

    upload tools.php to admin cp directory

    upload init.php to install directory if its not there create it

    type YOURURL/YOUR ADMIN CP DIRECTORY NAME/tools.php

    it will ask you to enter your customer number, once inside click on the rebuild tables option and rebuild all the tables...

    REMOVE tools.php & install directory.

    if that doesn't solve the problem then you will have to give more details here.
