problem with unicode letter, need help

    Hi guys,

    In my website, I allows user to search for keywords. Here, as you can see, user use very very weird letters. So my question is: how can i limit my users to only use A-Z, a-z and 0-9 ?

    please help guys.

    First, you might check out the Unicode Web site -- to see if the character forms you are presented with are referenced there.

    hmm,,
    can anyone tell me how can i use php to limit the characters inputed by users to be just a-z, A-Z ?

    You will need to use regular expressions to filter this data out. They are a handful, so I would suggest google on this one.

    okay, so what kind of keywords data that i can use to filter only A-Z ?
