Problem with two adsense accounts

Hi! I need some help and advice. I applied for adsense like 6 months ago, and they still didn't approve me (I know that normal period for approval is few days, one month, the most I as far as I know). I started to think that something went wrong, or my application didn't arrived. Then, two weeks ago, I applied again.
Guess what, on January 7 my FIRST account was approved. That was great, and I started to play arround, and few days later I received a mail that my second account was approved. Then I was mad.
Both accounts are on my name, same street and address, just different email.

I use only first account, and I cant shut down the other. Problem is, when you try to do a cancellation, google requests you to fill in form "Date your AdSense account first registered impressions" and "Number of impressions registered on your first day" and I got no that info cause I dont use that account at all. If I do, they for sure can ban me, and there is no other way to contact them about the problem as far as I know.

So, Im asking you - what to do? Is there anywhere their support forum which can solve this?

i think you are using the same gmail id for both accounts thats the problem

 

I dont! And I wrote that Im using different emails in applications. WTF?

 

Just email to google support team and tell them this issue, they will give you the solution within 7 days

 

If we have same surnames
then you can give the account to me
i'll change rest of the stuff

 

I had the same issue when I first started with Adsense.
I just left the other account alone and have been fine for two years.

 

It is better just to write an email in to google adsense support and let them know, they will solve it within seconds, and you won't live in fear : ))

 

I had a similar problem and emailed support. They do actually help so give it a go!
