Hello. We are using the free Optigold trial. The problem I am having is that while setting up the software I am trying to type in my company information in the "company preferences" under the general preferences section of the software and everytime I click to type in my company name a message pops up to asking me for a key. We cannot run a billing cycle with the software until we can type in our company name. I emailed Optigold support and they sent a key file but it did not fix the problem. I've sent 3 more emails to Optigold with no response. Can anyone suggest a fix for this? Also is it always this hard to reach support at Digital Point?
