Problem with Squidoo image name

Whenever I upload a file to Squidoo it always puts numbers in front of it. For example I wrote a lens called People Search Niche, and I saved my image as _people_search_niche.JPG, and it comes up as:

    1250344257_people_search_niche.JPG

I haven't had this problem before, and because of this Squidoo won't feature my lens etc. until I fix this - a bit stupid really as anyone who visits your site will never know or even care what the image is called. Anyone else come across this?

    Kind regards,
    Seb

Squidoo adds the numbers automatically to make sure your files don't overwrite any body else's. This is not the reason why your lens isn't being Feature either.

    Tips:
    - use dashes (-) instead of underscores (_), because only dashes are treated as word separators
    - read www.squidoo.com/health-check-tool on how to check the health of your lens
    - read www.squidoo.com/wip on how to get your lens Features

Using dashes instead of underscores made no difference; I also health check whenever I'm trying to improve my Squidoo lens health. I know it adds numbers to the image, sorry was my bad didn't see that when I typed the thread but it has the same health status as one of my other lens but it hasn't got the green tick next to it and it still shows it as a work in progress lens.

Maybe I'll try and add more content to it tomorrow when I'm not so tired..

Well you should use normal HTML to add your photos. Host your photos somewhere and give a link with "ALT TEXT". In this manner your visitors will be able to get an idea about the photos and good for SEO purpose as well.

i agree with lalit, host the images on your own and add the alt text. It should do the trick
