Problem with site title. How to solve?

My website www.josesantiagotan.com use to be #1 using the keyword Portrait Photographer in Thailand. But lately, it's no longer visible even at the 5th page of Google search results. Used site:www.josesantiagotan.com and saw some results
with my siteurl as the title.

Could anyone who had this experience share what they did to solve it.

By the way, I also have another site. www.josetan.com which is already old but only updated recently, do you think this has in a way caused the problem? Thank you in advance!

First you need to identify those backlinks, fix them, the rewrite all meta tag and write good content, then start promotion.

I noticed your images all say Portrait Photography in Bangkok, or its variations. It's possible Google penalized the site because your site does hardly has any content pertaining to photography in Bangkok. I suggest you add more content to the site. Write a bit of history on the images you use and use target keywords.
