Feedback Problem With Site Seller and Need Information

I purchased a site here through your auctions. I was the only bidder on a no reserve auction. I did have a limit bid in, but my entry bid was the only bid. You sent me emails directing me to pay through Paypal, which I did immediately. The seller did not contact me, so I sent him an email telling him that I was the winner and had paid. I also asked for the account to be transferred and access to the cPanel so that the site could be retrieved. I was screen capturing just before and after the auction end time.

He replied back later stating that he sold the site to someone else and had removed the auction. Implying that it was removed before the auction end time.

This statement is false as the site is still showing on your site at auction close plus some time. I sent you an email to your webmaster asking for confirmation of the listing closing time and the listing still live at closing. I believe that I am the legal owner of that site and domain name, since I won it at auction and paid.

How can I get you to supply this information? the listing was for the site

    lottoasugo.com

the seller is Predator007 of globalsweb.com

Just a follow up, for those that buy domains or sites here and have similar problems. And how to overcome them or at least mitigate the possibilities.

ICANN has an online form called "WDRP" which is used to report problems in registrant info.

Someone suggested that when buying sites and or domains that no transactions should go direct, that a trustworthy service be used to take control of the domain or site that escrows the funds until it has that control. The company suggested was http://escrow.com

Still waiting on a reply from "Digital Point"!

Thank you for the comment, but that information should be placed on Every Listing and instead of sending a link to pay via paypal, DP should send a link for escrowing the funds to a company like escrow.com

That brings up another point...Is the paypal link that DP sends a link to pay DP which passes the money to the other party or is it a direct payment to the seller?

Can you please ask someone @ DP to comment on the listing being live through the end of the auction, or was it removed prior to the end of the auction? The server timelogs of that user activity would show which is correct? DP or Predator007.

Ask the seller for a refund, if he refuses to then dispute the transaction, if he is favored then learn from the mistake and do due diligence before you go ahead purchasing.
