Problem with site and PR

    Hello,

My blog, The Sports Flow, is hosted on blogspot with a PR of 5. We recently launched a website, thesportsflow.com, to increase our revenue and expand. However, a few weeks ago AdSense banned us out of the blue without giving a reason. I've since given up on trying to fight our way back in and we have moved to AdBrite (which isn't making diddly). My question is this. If you go here you will find that our PR for the website is 0 and that we have 0 backlinks from Google. Did getting banned from AdSense ban our site from being properly listed in Google? How can I raise the PR of our website? Our blog has a PR of 5 so it shouldn't be hard to get a decent PR on the website.

    Thanks in advance,
    Eric

Adsense does not ban for no reason. You broke something in the terms of service. It was either intentional or by accident but I am sure you can figure that out. If not, go to the adsense help forum and send a support form to find out why.

As far as your PR, the two are not connected. You will not show PR for a new site until the next PR update. As far as back links, they do not always show up in the checkers. Keep working on good quality back links and you should have some PR on the next update.

Be patient and wait for the next update. I'm sure your site PR will increase ;)

Also, if AdSense banned you...this does not mean that Google will penalize you in the search results. Google Adsense and Google Search are two different things.
