problem with sh4o4sef installation

Hi i have just downloaded sh404sef. But when i am trying installing it. It says

"Component Install: Another Component is already using directory: "/home/content/j/i/n/jinnah/html/administrator/components/com_sh404sef"

But i don't see "com_sh404sef" in my component directory. what's wrong? plz help.

 

check in your database in jos_components table.. remove if exist com_sh404sef

 

check in /components not /admin../com...

So, go to Install section of your joomla --> Components and see if there is sh404 listed if it is - delete it and try again.

 

Sounds like you already have a copy. Check your plugins it may not be activated.
