Problem with positioning a navigation button

I'm having issues with the positioning of one of the lower image buttons on a new website. The link to the mockup is http://solefitorthotics.com/solefitnewwebsite/about.html. The problem is the "News" button on the lower half of the website. It is supposed to reside next to the "Children and Pedorthic Care" button and I cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong. I'm suspecting it's something simple that I'm overlooking because I'm just so frustrated.

    Thanks for any help.

Simple answer is it's your widths.

The 'children' div doesn't have a set width so it is taking it's parent width forcing the news image down.

For this to work you could try putting all the images and div widths to be 234px as you have a margin right at 3px
