Problem with PHPLD 3.3.0

I have problem with phpld 3.3.0 version. When I try to add new link I got this error message:

check whether the url which you are adding is working or not.
host may be down.

 

The url works perfect. I wrote google.com for example but still got the same error

you don't need to pay someone because will not be able to solve your error if the problem is fcksopen

I think fcksopen is your problem, must be enabled by your hosting company, on your server to be able to contact the website you need to list .

no, you must enable this function , fcksopen is off to prevent the abuse , for example running proxies .

i think the best decision is to choose a better host

That means there is a problem with your host, all you need to do is modify your submit.tpl and submit.php file..
