A friend of mine had a really old account. The account is on limited access. He has submited all information. The only progress is when he submitted it on April 15 2007. Now, when he logged in into his account all he see is: We recently reviewed your account, and we need more information about your business to allow us to provide uninterrupted service. Until we can collect this information, your access to sensitive account features will be limited. We would like to restore your access as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience. Your account has been limited for more than 180 days. It will continue to be limited but you now have the ability to withdraw funds. Why is my account access limited? (Your case ID for this reason is PP-014-728-734.) There is no further information of what the fuck PP-279-004-664 and PP-014-728-734 is. We've emailed Paypal several time. No response whatsoever. My friend just want to close his paypal account so he can open a new one. It was an old account oppened when he was in US. Now he's in Indonesia. What the hell he should do? He called Paypal and for 50 minutes all he heard is a bunch of advertising with no real people talking. Many affiliates still pay only with paypal. What should he do?
Even i am facing the same problem somebody help me in the last Confirmation - Confirm Location i used my us number and i entered my Phone Pin and confirmed for Fone Confirmation later i added my confirm location entered VCC and confirmed yet the account isnt confirmed !
