I am also having trouble that a few hours back I was upgrading to Wp 3.4.1 then the upgrade process was stopped and my host server went on scheduled maintenence. Now when I open my site it give the below mentioned message.

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/a8534510/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-theme.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/a8534510/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 115

Please help me to rectify this problem.

Are you using any cache plugins?
Could you please give us an example of the URL that cannot be opened in a web browser?

This sounds like you might have a caching plugin enabled. Go to your plugins page and look for wp-cache or wp-supercache, and see if it's enabled. You may need to refresh the cache before the changes are reflected. Good luck!

Where do I find "class-wp-theme.php". It is not included in wp 3.3.1 which I downloaded and then uploaded to 000webhosting. Now if it is included in WP 3.4.1 then please let me know.
