Problem with my website

Basically it does'nt always load up. For example if you type www.kickoffscores.com you might get an error but if you click the refresh button a couple of times it loads up.

This is a big problem because!

    1. Im about to put a auto refresh on my site

    2. If its the first time the visitor has visited the site, there not going to refresh but just leave

Im pretty sure this has onlt started since i bought the livescore script which is basically a livescore template which you can edit to look your own.

    Any ideas?

If it is a bought script do not hesitate and contact to the creator asap. I'm sure that supporting this kind of issues won't cause a huge challange for him/her.

Do you get any errors logged on the server?

Here's the info I can get off of your site:

You are running PHP 5.2.3 on Apache 1.3.41.
Even when it fails to load the page it still returns 200 OK and loads the HTML.
You have a </p> outside of your <html> tags.
The files bg.gif and off.gif both return 404.

Try removing the extraneous </p> tag and see if that clears it up.

You hosting(server) *may be* overload to process data and send data from server to client.
as I say that becuase :
    1. I'm try to validate you website at hxxp://validator.w3.org it say you DNS may be incorrect.
    2. I'm check your hosting it have 26,106 domains in this server(NS1.STREAMLINEDNS.CO.UK).

*if above is correct* you should move your server to another hosting.

*if above is in-correct* , I have no idea.

    Hi,

I just tried the same thing and it worked OK although the validation failed with 47 errors. Try
    http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.kickoffscores.com%2F

I tried re-validating it again and got the following

"500 Server closed connection without sending any data back"

I'd suggest talking to your hosting company.

    Hope you sort it out!
