    Hi,

Last week, I decided to change get myself a new email account, and I updated my contact info including my email address.

I did receive the activation url from DP but nothing happens. It says that moderator or admin to review my account.. I am quite certain I did nothing wrong.

I was surprised to see that I am unable to access my private msgs, post replies to the thread that I started. I tried many ways including sending an email to the webmaster [at] dp.com to activate my account but to no avail.

It's been more than 4 days already..

That's why I decided to use a new user id so that I can send pm to those who placed order for articles...

So, now, is there any way that I can activate & restore my user account, and then I will delete this user ID. What happened to it actually? And what should I do to activate my account?

You just have done something wrong, register a second account when you would easily email a moderator instead to expose your problem.

I didn't say "send a PM," what I said was email them.

Some moderators accept emails as you can see here, http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showgroups.php

Of course the above link is helpful but that doesn't change that you have created a second account when this is not allowed.
